Melba

Gastrology recently joined Melba for a feast of epic proportions.

The buffet at Melba is renowned as Melbourne’s best and includes fresh Japanese sushi, fresh seafood, traditional Indian dishes and made to order naan, Chinese dumplings, Peking duck, fresh pastas, laksas or noodle dishes from the restaurant’s dedicated wok station, a parade of salads, antipasto, cheese, desserts and more. 

We were particularly impressed with the option of beautiful cooked-to-order lobster during our Tuesday night visit. Offering something for everyone, Melba is certainly a wonderful way to spoil your loved ones (or yourself!).
