Fourth Chapter

Fourth Chapter is a bright and airy café in bustling Prahran which boasts a compelling brunch menu that has something to suit everyone.

​Gastrology recently visited Fourth Chapter for a takeaway brunch which we enjoyed in the comforts of our home. 

As expected of any good Melbourne café, coffee is great and poured by adept baristas.

We loved ​our takeaway brunch. The Southern Fried chicken bao was incredible - Crunchy fried chicken wrapped in pillow soft steamed bao and slathered with decadent aioli.

The pumpkin bowl was another winner. It was a stunning amalgamation of roast pumpkin, sesame kale, roasted almonds, avocado, edamame, miso dressing and vegan mayo. ​
