Hakoya is located at the edge of Melbourne's CBD and specialises in ramen.
Each ramen is customisable with assorted toppings. There are various broth options (tonkotsu, tantamen, spicy tonkotsu, mazemen, hiyashi and there is even a vegetarian option) to choose from for your ramen.
Hakoya also offer a good selection side dishes - we recommend the gyoza and the ebi fry. Both delicious!
We thoroughly enjoyed both the tantamen and the vegetarian ramen we ordered. The menu is reasonably priced and you can expect to receive amply sized bowls of delicious soup noodles. We liked that the slender noodle strands were cooked to your liking - whether you like your noodle soft or firm, these guys will cater to your every whim.
