Yo-Chi opens new Chapel Street store
/Yo-Chi, Australia’s fastest growing and most popular frozen yogurt brand has opened its tenth store on Chapel Street in Melbourne.
The store features Yo-Chi’s signature buffet-style topping counter which allows customers to become the creators of their perfect dessert. The frozen yogurt menu includes all their classic flavours like the signature tart, chocolate and vanilla. Yo-Chi also continues to surprise its customers with an exciting rotation of seasonal flavours like taro, mango and coconut.
The opening of Yo-Chi Chapel Street coincides with the chef collaboration series that has been rolled out in all Yo-Chi stores around the country. Yo-Chi’s first collaboration launched on the 1 st of August with revered and awarded Melbourne pastry chef Pierrick Boyer, who has created a decadent salted caramel mud cake topping to bring your frozen yogurt to the next level.
Pierrick’s bespoke topping is what dreams are made of and consists of a dense chocolate mud cake that is interrupted by lashings of caramel to reveal a scrumptious addition. It is the perfect creation to add to Yo-Chi’s smooth frozen yoghurt, particularly the classic butterscotch, vanilla, and chocolate flavours.
Paris born and Melbourne raised, Pierrick is well known for his amazing cakes and pastries. With a passion for patisserie from a young age, Pierrick’s skills have earned him the title of Gault and Millau Pastry Chef of the Year - the equivalent of a 3-star Michelin rating in the world of desserts, as well as having his peanut chocolate-raspberry gateaux named the Best Gateau in Melbourne, and one of the best chocolate cakes in Victoria.
The partnership with Pierrick is the first of Yo-Chi’s collaboration series, with upcoming partnerships to be announced!
