Snippet: Pho Nom

Situated at the new development of 567 Collins St, Pho Nom is a new addition to the "New York" end of Collins Street. 

Unfortunately we were immensely underwhelmed by the pho which lacked any depth of flavour and tasted simply of salt. Maybe just suffering from growing pains, we will be watching the expansion of Pho Nom with interest.
