With an extensive drinks menu to compliment, must -try entrées include the beautiful burrata. This cheese sensation demonstrated that unforgettable dishes can sometimes be very simple. In this instance, a ball of unadulterated burrata simply paired with cherry tomatoes, basil and finished with EVOO and a balsamic vinigrette.

For mains we recommend the wagyu steak and the lobster - both perfectly cooked and simply memorable. The lobster was plump and prepared well, allowing its natural sweetness to shine through. The steak was also exquisitely prepared. Displaying a mastery in the manner the steak was cooked, the inch thick cuts of beef was cooked perfectly from end to end. A light searing ensured that it was lined with a thin crisp layer packed with caramelised beef flavour.
