Glazed Gluten Free Patisserie

Glazed Gluten Free Patisserie offers Melbourne’s first ever gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free High Tea. We loved indulging in their stunning High Tea experience which showcased a gorgeous selection of scrumptious savoury dishes, fresh scones and mouth-watering handmade desserts accompanied by unlimited specialty coffee and a wide range of teas including their house blended tea.

The patisserie is the brainchild of ex-Vue De Monde Chef Liran Adika. While the menu caters to Coeliacs and other food intolerances, flavour and texture isn't compromised. We found everything tasted delicious and looked beautiful.

The top tier featured scrumptious homemade Sweet treats such as the Signature krembo (a popular Israeli treat od chocolate glazed fluffy meringue perched on artisan biscuits), salted caramel & dark chocolate mousse tart, Tiramisu choux au craquelin and Lemon vanilla gateau.

On the second tier, freshly made scones served with strawberry and pomegranate jam and dairy-free cream had us fighting over the last morsel.

The homemade Savoury Treats continued to please. Think mini quiches with tomato and black olives, traditional pasties with potato and mushrooms, mini tuna, mayo and spinach wraps as well as roasted vegetable rolls.
