Awarded for the second consecutive year, Yat Tung Heen (Jordan) at Eaton, Hong Kong has once again been honoured to receive the coveted One Michelin Star in the 2018 Michelin Guide.
With this coveted Michelin star recognition, the restaurant also found it an opportune time to give itself a facelift. We loved the new look at Yat Tung Heen which boasted mood lighting and modern Chinese designs with plenty of earthy tones to create a calming ambience.
A restaurant renowned for its reputation in serving authentic Cantonese culinary excellence in Hong Kong, Yat Tung Heen continues to prosper under the culinary guidance of chef extraordinaire Executive Chef Tam Tung and passionate restaurant manager Alan Yip.
Yat Tung Heen’s mission is to create the authentic Cantonese dishes with the finest ingredients to showcase its traditional flair. This, it most certainly achieves. Think scrumptious dishes like the honey glazed barbecued pork, sweet and sour prawns and sautéed prawns and pan-fried chicken fillet with ginger and mandarin peels. Every course we had was absolutely stunning.
