Lillet Secret Garden Party

On a lovely evening in Melbourne, Gastrology recently attended the Lillet Secret Garden VIP party held at the Common Man Lawn in South Wharf.

The outdoor setting provided the perfect backdrop for sipping on wonderfully crafted cocktails, canapes and fresh oysters from Richmond Oysters.

The Lillet cocktails were well presented and our particular favourite was the Lillet Vive, which is made from a delicious mix of Lillet Blanc, tonic water, cucumber, strawberries and garnished with a sprig of mint - Simple ingredients which combine to make an elegant and refreshing beverage!
