A unique modern dumpling diner, Drumplings offers a fusion of tradition and contemporary that takes globally recognised dishes and encases them in an authentic Chinese dumpling.
We loved tasting our way through the menu and discovering exciting new flavours - Think “Cheeseburger” and “Fish & Chips” hand crafted and wrapped into a traditional dumpling. These guys do the classics well too with the menu catering for purists. Chinese dumplings such as the Xiao Long Bao and Pork & Chive feature, paying homage and respecting the craft, art and history of dumplings.
Every dumpling tasted beautiful – a testament to the kitchen using locally sourced produced and sustainably sourced ingredients of the highest quality.
Our top picks from the menu include the Beef Rendang, Truffle Mushroom and Chili Con Carne. These dumplings packed a punch in terms of flavour and were truly gratifying. From the traditional section of the menu we recommend the Prawn & Ginger, the Prawn & Chive Har Gow and the Scallop & Prawn dumplings. Beautifully balanced and carefully made.

The energy is high and the place vibrates with old school charm and modern character, allowing you to honour the old and explore the new.
