Sheraton Eats – Flavours of Indonesia has arrived at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel.
Between now and 8 September 2019, guests have the opportunity to immerse themselves in an authentic Balinese dining experience with a buffet feast that highlights the very best of traditional Indonesian cuisine.
Fusing modern Indonesian ideas with local produce, the flavours created were simply wonderful. We loved being transported to Indonesia's shimmering lagoons and magnificent panoramas for an evening's adventure.
We had the opportunity to meet Chef Taufik from The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali who brought his wealth of experience to showcase an extensive selection of Indonesian dishes. Think luscious beef rendang, babi guling featuring beautifully crispy crackling and chicken satays alongside unlimited seafood including prawns, oysters and scallops. Dessert time continues to please with a delectable array of sweet treats including traditional black glutinous rice with rich coconut cream.
