Gastrology celebrated World Hot Sauce Day last night at Oriental Teahouse with a six-course dinner matched with a variety of hot sauces.
The masters of hand-made dumplings at Oriental Teahouse teamed up with Melbourne Hot Sauce Company, to put tastebuds to the test and tongues through some serious heat.
The intimate affair was hosted at Oriental Teahouse Chapel St and also at the CBD teahouse on Lt. Collins Street and guests were delighted by the following food and sauce matches:

Ginger prawn dumplings with Harbanero Roja
Roast duck spring rolls with Hop Smoked Jalapeno
China fried chicken ribs with Habanero & Mango
