Was looking through my phone and discovered these photos. Notably the quality of the pictures leave much to be desired so I debated with myself about whether or not I should post these on Gastrology. Well, long story short, here are the pictures!
Pan seared scallops, crispy shredded pork belly and blood plum jelly 
Beef fillet, Saint Agur dauphinoise potatoes and glazed shallots 
Crispy skinned duck breast, soy fired potatoes and tamarind sauce 
Soft shell crab Louisiana style, sweet corn capsicum salsa and Creole dressing 
Poached blood plum green tea sorbet coconut cone 
Lime and lemongrass parfait with palm sugar wafers and raspberry chilli jam
Had the opportunity to dine at this lovely restaurant last month. What a great reason to visit Canberra!
