Iconic South Melbourne pub Lamaro’s Executive Chef Geoff Lindsay has recently launched a new Spring/Summer menu, which includes a few of his old favourites from his days at Pearl in Richmond.

For mains the Red duck curry is a thing of beauty. Think coconut roast legs in a rich red curry with fragrant herbs, served along with crispy fried egg adorned with sweet and sour sauce and a bowl of fluffy coconut rice to act as a great canvas for the moreish curry sauce.
For sweet tooths there is also a lot to love. Whatever you do make sure you try the rose petal and Turkish delight ice cream served with Persian fairy floss and candied ginger. You can thank us later.
